By Registering for Platform and adding listing(s), Vendor/Creator is acknowledging agreement to these Vendor/Creator Terms and those found in User Terms and Conditions.
User TERMS AND CONDITIONS apply to ALL platform users, including, but not exclusive to those entering a Vendor/Creator Agreement (“Independent Contractor Agreement”). Independent Contractor Agreement may be entered into upon which the terms of that Contract will supplement and expand upon Vendor Terms of Use as shown on this page. Independent Contractor Agreement may be renewed on Quarterly (3 months) basis. Terms as found in TERMS AND CONDITIONS and additional Vendor Terms of Use below, are subject to change at any time at sole discretion of Texturs a DBA of CTHUR Clinical Services LLC.
-If you accept payments or sell goods through the platform, transactions are subject to a % commission fee from Texturs and Texturs’ partners such as Stripe. These are added to transactions and/or deducted from payouts to you.
-You are responsible for having required state, local and federal licensing and business requirements to operate a business.
-You are also responsible for managing tax implications of selling or receiving payments for goods/services for your business.
-You are also responsible for having the appropriate liability insurances for your business, practices and services offered through this platform.
-If you are providing goods or services as a professional that requires a license, please verify these are up-to-date and notify us by email @ cthur.texures@gmail.com with license numbers, etc. for your professional license.
